People who know what they are doing, and have been doing it for a long time! These are not your "thotta velai" folks you find in your neighbourhood who know just how to use a shovel and "gadapparai".Sumitra sent Velu and Gopal and their team to rejuvenate our garden. Not only did they understand our requirements at the beginning, but they executed perfectly over the course of the day, informed us of their lunch break, and what's more, cleaned up nicely when they were done. Worth every rupee spent!

This preparation is like pickling the ingredients in oil and the oil absorbs all the qualities of the pungent ingredients we used. The oil alone is use for spraying after dispersing and emulsifying that using soapnut water.

You can grind 20 gms each of Ginger, Garlic and Green chillies, (3G) mix this in 100 ml vegetable oil and keep it sitting for 15 days. Use 1 – 2.5 ml of this dispersed in 1 liter soap nut water.( rind of one soap nut dissolved and filtered in one liter water) If you do not hv soap nut you can use some mild yellow washing soap for emulsifying the oil. This oil used can be doubled in cooler times if it is not effective as expected and sprayed once in 3 days.
