What it contains?? How does it work ??

 

Pseudomonas Fluorescence is an other soil & surface bacteria. Both eat parasitic fungi.

fluorescens is a common Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium found in healthy soil and they colonize roots and live inside plant vesicles and kill harmful organism like fungi which otherwise kill the plant or cause diseases.

Use within 6 months of purchase. Once the packet is opened, keep inside a closed container like a glass bottle so that it is not exposed to air. They will lose the power/strength or the effect may be reduced or may not be there.

When should it be applied ??

 

Dosage & Direction:

 

1. Usage on Seeds:

Soak seeds in Pseudomonas ( 20 gms in one ltr of water ) for 6-8 hours and then sow them. Develops resistance to a lot of issues.

 

2. Application onto the soil:

 

Whenever there is Root rot or powdery mildew or the plant drying up suddenly or sudden dying of the plant or red dots on leaves ,it means that there is a Fungal issue which needs to be addressed. Fungal issues are mostly solved with Pseudomonas Fluorescence. Drench the soil near the root zone of the plant. Making as many deep holes around the Plant. One can pour 2% Pseudomonas florescence in the holes. New roots will develop with air reaching in and prevent rotting

 

3. Application on Leaves:

 

Leaves are also called Foliar. Hence Foliar Application: Mix 25 gms of Pseudomonas in one litre water and spray once a week if the plant has fungal issues.

 

 Pseudomonas Fluorescence is available in liquid form at Aapti as Nivaran as 50 ml / 

250 ml  and powder form as 1 kg packets. A 50 ml sachet when mixed in rice kanji (Rice Gruel or Rice Porridge) and then in 10 ltrs of water. Left for a day and then applied to the soil around the root. Will be the best way for the plant to heal from fungal infections. After 15 days

repeat the same with TRICHODERMA VIRIDE .We normally recommend both Pseudomonas and Trichoderma to be used once in 15 days alternatively for healthy growing of plants.
