Our potting mix is a great combination of Ground nut cake, Neem cake, cowdung, vermicompost, cocopeat, red soil and 7 bio nutrients. All that is needed for your plants to grow with good vigour.Best part is everything is organic about it and also well set. Which means that it is ready for use.
Tips to repot your plants :
The sides of the pot are eased by running a thin knife or similar tool around the outside of the soil and inner wall of the pot so as to detach the roots from the pot wall. Then the pot can be held upside down and holding its base with one hand the rim of the pot can be given a gentle tap so the root ball will come out easily on your hand. Do not pull the plant out of the pot using force this will affect the life of the plant.
Once the root ball is out, you can tap off all unwanted old and spent soil and trim off the inactive roots as much as you can feel ok.Minimum shock and damage has to be caused to the plant while handling this transplanting process.
The pot can be washed dried if necessary and readied for re-planting .One can mix 50% of the old soil with 50% of our new soil. Use this to half fill the pot and then the trimmed root ball has to be placed into the pot and balance medium filled in giving mild press to hold that plant in position. Staking can be give so that it will not be shaken by wind or external causes. Then watered and kept in-shade for a week till new roots establish.
